Well I attended court today and I can think of better things to have done with my time! Many issues to deal with some very upsetting.\u00a0I think I made some headway but do not know how to judge it, excuse the pun. Time will tell.<\/p>\n
I advised my ex wife’s solicitor of this site and guess what, it was used against me by him commenting to the judge.<\/p>\n
I have been warned about the content that I post on this site, in that I am accountable for all that I write and post. I must not advise or comment on personal information or details that relate to the case until it comes into the public domain.<\/p>\n
My understanding is that as long as I am factual in all of my comments and as long as I ensure that I do not divulge private details, I am entitled to comment on just how it affects my life, besides, as a citizen in a free country I thought free speech was still allowed.<\/p>\n
I would comment that I am disappointed that the judge saw fit to warn me on this matter.<\/p>\n
My position on this is that I have been given no outlet to express myself, no voice or opinion has been allowed and I consider that I have been bullied legally throughout this case. The one outlet that I can create and they want to warn me! Really.<\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"
