Thank You

Sometimes we can get very angry about things, the injustice of the situation and at that time we can often create a compartment in our heads and label it. This allows us to abuse the label at will and blame it for all that has angered us and of course we lash out at the label according to how we are feeling at that moment. It is part of the repair/ moving on process.

Unfortunately behind some of the labels that we create to abuse, we tend to forget that very often there are good people that are associated with the label. People who work behind the scenes and who are there to earn a living. They are not part of the label do not deserve to be on the receiving end through association, of self opinionated twaddle owing to a perceived injustice, or for that matter a very real injustice, as of course is mine!

If in letting it out there and ranting a bit I have inadvertently had a go at a group, or block of people who are part of, or associated with a label, it was not intended and I would apologise if I had offended anyone. I know where my anger and my battle lies and it is with those that bend or break the rules to their own ends and who are prepared to present an argument without fact, an argument that belies any fact presented to them and in so doing they deliberately damage good peoples lives. (Rant over today)

I need to say a massive thank you to a group of very honest and hard working court people who in my dealings with them on the telephone, or at the counter, have been patient, good humoured and very fair minded. Every question answered honestly and in good humour with a lot of common sense and in behaving with such common sense, they got me thinking more sensibly about matters. Great people skills and I am not easy – Thank you!

Perhaps some role reversal would work better in a lot of the work places in the UK.

Another crap rhyme.

When I’m wrong I’m wrong and when I’m right I’m wrong
It makes it very hard to live, to love and to belong
This jolly jape called life can be crap or so it seems
Unfairness, lack of dignity in handling what life deems

The coldness of uncertainty of a lie we live, been told
the consequences of the lie grow heavy as we grow old
Injustice writhes within us, our teeth we have to grit
Its only Mikey’s life thats screwed, so who would give a sh*t!

A Fantasy account of things for the court to use as a guide
The issue is she will be long gone before they realise she lied
Old Mikey’s going to have to live with it and what the courts decide
The judgement good or bad for me, with it I am expected to abide
