Valentine 2019 – Trip to Dignitas

I feel I’m getting older with each and every passing day
As the facial cracks widen and deepen to wash my youth away
I’d try some Neutrogena to gently smooth back the years
I can’t afford the amount I need, so am fcuked, so it appears

Instead, I’ll turn to wit and I’ll laugh my way ahead
With dignity in old age, I’ll become a classy dude instead
But you know I’m kinda worried at what others who see us may say,
A young lady with an old bloke, who has seen much better days

For you are full of sex appeal with a charming youthful smile
A smile that lingers in my memory and stays with me a while
Thinking through old memories, I recall urges I used to feel
But only when I thought of you my love, it was your sex appeal!

What joy those memories bring of many carefree loving nights
Multiple satisfaction guaranteed for us, delirious dizzy heights
Those days long gone and now I creak and my joints can get quite sore
Don’t measure love by carefree nights, I could not love you more!

And it is so like you to ease my mind and to gently reassure
That as I grow old and squeak and creak, you say you love me more
And to celebrate that thought, how cool, a trip to Switzerland
To a place called Dignitas you say, how long has that been planned?

BTW sweetheart, I can’t find Dignitas on the map!
